3. Intellectual Property Rights
Your Art: Any drawings, doodles, or artworks you create using Magic Paint belong entirely to you. We claim no copyright over the images you download to your device.
Our Platform: The Magic Paint website, including its HTML code, CSS styling, JavaScript logic, UI design, text, and logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of Universal Labs Studio. You may not copy, reproduce, or host our application on another domain without explicit written permission.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Magic Paint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Universal Labs Studio makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, content, or materials included. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of bugs, though we strive to maintain the highest quality standards.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Universal Labs Studio or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Magic Paint platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the loss of unsaved drawings due to browser crashes or accidental page reloads.
